FAQ
FAQ
What actually happens during a Closet Detox?
Detox is a focused review of your wardrobe: how it functions, what elevates your look, and what holds it back. We assess fit, silhouette, proportions, and how pieces work together so we can edit, keep in rotation, or release with intention.
Is Detox the same as closet organization or decluttering?
No. Organization focuses on storage and decluttering focuses on quantity. Detox is about style, strategy, and function—what serves your lifestyle now and how to build from it with purpose.
Will we go through every item in my closet?
Not necessarily. The focus isn’t on touching each piece but on strategically selecting what matters most. I highlight the core of your wardrobe — what works, what should be tailored, and what no longer serves you — so our time is high-impact, not overwhelming.
Do I need a Detox if I already have clothes I like?
Yes, if those pieces aren’t working together or supporting your goals. Detox helps refine what stays in rotation, clarify gaps, and make your existing wardrobe do more for you.
What happens after Detox?
Most clients continue to the build-out phase—shopping, refinement, and seasonal planning—based on the strategy established during Detox. The next step is tailored to your goals and timing.
How long does Detox take and how do I prepare?
Detox is up to five hours in a single session. After booking, you’ll receive onboarding materials so the session is efficient and focused.
Can this be done virtually or for international clients?
Yes. Detox can be done virtually anywhere, and it can be included in international or destination styling for larger projects.
Is this service available for men too?
Yes. All services are available to any individual — regardless of gender. The focus is on aligning your wardrobe with your body, lifestyle, and goals.
Is Detox the right first step for me?
Detox is ideal if you have a wardrobe to work with but want better alignment, clarity, and a clear direction for what to do next.
How should I prepare for Detox?
After booking, you’ll receive onboarding material with what to prepare and what to expect. Everything is structured so we can move efficiently and make real progress in that first phase.
