Summer outfits are one of the hardest! You don’t have many layers to play with and black color is mostly off the table due to the high temperature. So if you hate styling yourself in Summer 1. You are not alone. 2.I’ve put together an easy to follow formulas for my top three outfits this time of the year.

Summer Outfit 1.
Linen Sets
Linen is one of the best fabrics for summer outfits. Look at the little graph below to see all the pros and cons of this fabric.
As you see, Linen has many positive points and the only cons for this fabric is that it’s expensive and wrinkles. Let’s dig deeper.
- It’s Expensive. Yes! High quality linen is not cheap but it is very durable and you can use it for years if you take a good care of them. Also, the fabric gets softer per wash, which is a nice point for summer outfits.
2. It creases very easily. Like it or not your linen outfits are going to wrinkle like crazy. If you are ok with that more power to you but if you are like me don’t worry I have a solution for that.
In the graph below, you see three recommended colors. Why do I recommend you these colors?
- All three colors are linen’s natural fabric which means if you get something in these three colors, your garment hasn’t gone through dying and therefore the fabric color won’t fade away after a few washes. Great for fabric longevity.
2. Among all the colors natural linen comes in, these three colors are the most versatile ones. You can treat them like neutrals, pair them with different types/colors of shoes and purses and create tons of beautiful outfits with them.

Summer Outfit 2.
Flowy dress
Dresses are great for summer too. They are light and breezy and let’s be honest it’s much easier to create an outfit with a dress that it is with anything else.These type of dresses has been very popular these past few years and you see them every summer with minor changes.
But from style perspective there is an easy formula your can apply when mix and matching to look chic with minimum effort. Look below:
There are two ways to style your flow dresses and they both work like a charm.
A. Wearing them with classic white sneakers.
B. Pair them with shoes that match the base color of your dress.

Since the beginning of the oversized trend, we have been seeing it in different styles and summer is one of them. All you need for this style is an oversized shirt, preferably cotton and shorts.
What is this outfit formula?
Yo have two options to style this outfit. From color aspect, I recommend you to pick a pastel and bright color or a neutral color for your oversized shirt. You can pair either of these colors with white shorts or blue denim color shorts and white sneakers. To elevate this look you can pair it with nude heels! Voila!
